Defective novelty items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Non-defective novelties may not be returned for any reason. SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Many items we offer on our website are special order items. This means that we do not keep stock on these items and that these items must be ordered from our vendors. This will increase the delivery time on such items by several weeks or more. Please be advised that your order for such items will be treated as "BACKORDERED ITEMS" and you will be billed for these items. Should we be unable to obtain any Special Ordered Item(s) within thirty days or 8 - 12 weeks for Margarita Wear of your order, you will be given the chance to cancel any item(s) which we are unable to deliver and receive a full refund of the purchase price. You can, if you wish, keep these item(s) on backordered status until we are able to ship the item(s). Please note that Special Order Items are not returnable or exchangeable after the item has been shipped by our vendor to us or shipped from us to your shipping address.

RULES & CONDITIONS

Clearance category items are sold as FINAL SALE, No Returns, Exchanges or Credit will be issued on these items.
We will happily replace any defective item with a new, identical, working item free of charge, except for shipping charges. Damaged/Defective returns must be postmarked within 7 days of initial receipt.
Please do not send anything back without an RA number.
Due to the nature of our Costume business; we DO NOT accept returns for credit, refunds or exchanges on HALLOWEEN merchandise. All Halloween & Costume sales are considered Final Sale.
We cannot accept returns on hosiery, novelties, toys, certain lingerie, or any intimate apparel due to health regulations.
We DO NOT accept returns on open packages or DVDs.
All clothing returns must be unworn and must have original tags in place.
Shipping, Handling and/or Dropship fees are not refundable for any reason.
On all returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for all costs associated with sending the returned items and shipment of the exchange items.
Refused packages by the buyer returned to us are subjected to 25% restocking fee. Packages which are marked returned, but have been opened WILL NOT be accepted for exchange, credit or refund.
All Items being returned for refund or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
